Join us for a peaceful morning of Yoga in the Park, designed to awaken the body and calm the mind. This beginner-friendly practice is open to all ages and abilities—from school-aged children to those 100+.

🌿 No experience necessary
🪑 Chair options available
🧍‍♂️ Mostly standing or seated poses
🙏 Pose variations will be shown along the way to meet your comfort and ability level.

Please bring:
🧘‍♀️ Mat, towel, or armless folding chair
🦟 Bug spray
💧 Water bottle

This event is free, but donations to Hudson Crossing Park are welcome!
