Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike is a 2013 Tony Award-winning play by Christopher Durang about two middle-aged siblings, Vanya and Sonia, living a quiet life in their Bucks County childhood home, whose lives are disrupted when their glamorous, movie-star sister, Masha, visits with her young, handsome lover, Spike.
The play is a humorous exploration of family dynamics, aging, regret, and the yearning for a different life, set against a backdrop of modern family issues and classic Chekhovian themes.
This show is one weekend only - but we are doing slightly different times with one Fri evening (7:30pm) performance and Sat and Sun matinees (2pm) to better meet the busy weekend schedules of our patrons!
