As you step away from the noise and commotion of the outer world, come into a sacred, quiet space to breathe, listen, and rest. A time to slow and soften into sensing the movement of the Holy Spirit, deepening an awareness of compassionate presence with God, yourself, and others. A time to receive and a time to give. A time to be nurtured and nourished, grounding yourself with experiential compassion practices, personal reflection, and small group dialogue in sacred community with the Holy One.
