Sound Bath Experience

Allow yourself to completely immerse for a full hour, in the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls,letting go of the stress and worries of the day.

Enjoy being wrapped in a blanket of soothing and healing frequencies that allow you to relax & ground in a safe environment.

Reiki will also be offered to those who wish to receive.

Show up as you are, where you are.

Bring a yoga mat (blankets & pillows to be provided) or
enjoy the healing sounds from one of the comfy sofas or chairs.
