Junction Social: Taking Care of Yourself

It’s important to make sure you take care of your body. Learning how to eat right, reduce stress, exercise regularly, and take a time-out when you need it are touchstones of self-care and can help you stay healthy, happy, and resilient.

Please join us at Junction Social for a workshop on Taking Care of Yourself, led by Carmen Mendez. Carmen is a Specialized Senior Fitness Instructor from Canfitpro with the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging (CCAA).

Junction Social is geared towards seniors, but anyone 18 + may join in the fun.
