Hero (Memorial) Workout of the Day (WOD)

Saturday, May 10 from 7 – 10 a.m.
Friday, May 23 from 6-12 p.m.

Entry Fee:
$20 per person (t-shirt while supplies last)
No refunds

Registration available at all Army Physical Fitness Centers (except WAAF).

Open to all DOD ID Cardholders ages 18 and older.
