OOTP's Puppy Yoga at Capital Athletics & Wellness

Join us for a Puppy Yoga class at Capital Athletics & Wellness on Friday August 1st from 7pm-7:45pm.

Kelly Blanchard will instruct this 45 minute class. Get ready to relax, stretch, and soak up all the puppy snuggles.

There are limited spaces available. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. All attendees must be 12+.
