Kitty Yoga at Inner Blisss

Unroll your mat and prepare for purr-fection! Join us, and instructor Sarah, for a playful and relaxing yoga session surrounded by adoptable rescue kittens. This lighthearted class is suitable for all levels, ages 8 and up, and combines gentle yoga poses with the joyful presence of furry feline friends.
Whether a kitten curls up in your lap during savasana or stretches beside you in downward dog, you're sure to leave feeling centered, connected, and smiling.
Proceeds support the Montgomery County
SCPA local animal rescue efforts.
Come for the yoga, stay for the cuddles!
Gifts of toys, kitty litter and food will be lovingly appreciated!
