Gentle Yoga with Jean Marie Sefcovic, CYT, LMT

Yoga can improve flexibility, concentration, strength, muscle tone, better breathing habits, better sleep and overall sense of well being. Each session incorporates centering, gentle stretches, asanas - simple postures and posture flow and shavasana-final relaxation. Each session is $15 per hour class. RSVP to Jean Marie at .
