Forest Bathing

Experience nature in a different way on a guided forest bathing immersion with ANFT-Certified Forest Therapy Guide Donna Esposito. We’ll explore Central Park near SEEC in a gentle, mindful walk to reawaken connections to our senses and all of nature. The walk will be geared toward adults and teens and will start at 10 a.m. and last 2.5-3 hours. For more information or to register, please email Donna at
