Guided by Habiba, you'll learn the foundational techniques that bring this expressive art form to life. Each week builds on the last as you develop strength, coordination, and confidence, culminating in a fun choreography that weaves together everything you've learned. Belly dance is a beautiful, low-impact way to move your body — uplifting, empowering, and accessible to all ages and body types.
