Song & Dance with Ashley & Mandy

Kick off the Fall with a playful and heart-opening workshop led by Inner Bliss’s Ashley Rutledge and special guest, Mandy Bayless. This Song & Dance workshop features “Dance!” by Robert T. Gibson, and Sah Method somatic movements to free your inner Billie Eilish who “don’t know how to feeeel” 🎶💚.

Singing or dance experience not required. Expect laughter, connection, and that sweet, buzzy feeling of moving and sounding together in community.
