FRV Proudly Presents Captain Phil Piscitello

Phil is the owner and operator of Borderline Fishing Guide Service. He has been fishing the lakes of Northern IL and Southern IL for the majority of his life. He has turned this passion into actively guiding on Lake Geneva, Delavan, Fox Chain and the surrounding waters. Phil is a multispecies angler that fishes all year round. He has plenty of tournament fishing experience coupled with 45 years of overall angling knowledge. He will be talking on tips and techniques for more muskies!!! He will also show some new products and talk about various fisheries from the Fox Chain, Pewaukee, Madison to the great lakes and also CANADA!!!!
