Justin Varn has been a driving force in the awards and recognition industry since 2011. As a key member of Awards4U, he has contributed to nearly every aspect of the business—leading efforts in sales, marketing, IT, shipping, customer relations, and operations. His adaptability and leadership played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and innovation. On January 1, 2025, Justin officially became the owner of Awards4U, ushering in a new era of vision and commitment to excellence.
Justin is deeply engaged in advancing the industry. He is currently on the executive board for the Awards and Personalization Association, serving as President-Elect. Additionally, he chairs the AI Committee for the Award Associates of America, helping businesses adopt smart technologies to streamline personalization and production. Through his leadership roles, Justin continues to shape the future of the awards industry, driving innovation and championing best practices for recognition & personalization professionals across the country.
