This workshop is based on freedom of movement throughout the body and soul. The dance allows self-expression, grounding, healing with emotional release. I offer a Bloom dance facilitation to relieve tensions & stress in order to regain your vital energy. Dancing to enjoy and flow towards music to share your own desire, let’s born and flourish the dancing woman, enter into trance and reconnect to your divine temple, your heart.
The session starts with a pre-movement guided flow. Your body and spirit connect to the present time. You align with your soul expectations based on your feelings and desire of the day.
Afterwards, I suggest a theme to dance or way cocreate a common intention.
This theme might be related to the moon cycles, feminine power, intuition, emotions, creativity, spirituality, sun, etc. The dancers are free to dance their energy of the day on a selection of music. The latter is selected based on the warm-up, flow, intensity, topic and inspiration of the moment. You start in a relaxed mood and drain accumulated toxins. I invite you to follow your internal movement and be creative.
The session ends with peaceful lyrics to stretch muscles and give a soft touch to your body and mind.
