County Court magistrate, Queenie, is about to hang up her wig and go shopping. Burnt out after years of presiding over the worst criminal cases and busting through the toughest perspex ceilings. But when Queenie is promoted to Supreme Court Judge, she jumps at the chance to pay off the credit cards and snag that house in Watego Bay. Not realising she is about to do battle with drug lord, Terry Biggs and a wave of underworld killings that shatter the lives of ordinary folk and Queenie herself.

Queenie is the fifth musical written & produced by Tracy Harvey & Greg Dee.
Their first musical, Call Girl, was nominated for best script by the Australian Writer’s Guild. Their second musical, PRICK! was choreographed by Jessica Raffa and premiered at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
Harvey & Dee’s last musical, Galapagos, also premiered in the Spiegeltent at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival with a cast of 9 singing, dancing lizards!
Harvey & Dee recently moved to Hervey Bay from Melbourne.
Tracy is well known to Australian audiences for her appearances in the Dressmaker, Hey, Hey It’s Saturday, Gillies Report and Comedy Company.
Greg has worked as an executive producer at ABCTV and a range of production roles spanning the last 40 years.
Harvey & Dee are thrilled to secure the services of one of Australia’s most celebrated choreographers, Jessica Raffa.
Jess has appeared on every season of Dancing with the Stars/Seven Network and is currently shooting the 2025 series. Jess will come to Hervey Bay for intensive dance workshops with the cast of Queenie and a Masterclass with a local dance school.
