SECRET SUB ROSA C.I.C. Presents: THE MASK CRUSADE, An Aztec Mask Showcase Event… in conjunction with The Scarborough Fair and The Crescent Lounge. Saturday 2nd August 2025.
Good people of the beat! Gather round, listen up. We held an arts workshop event in cahoots with The Scarborough Fair in June crafting Aztec Masks, for friends new and old. The successful community based workshop initiative has lead to a party celebrating the fine and wondrous creativity that took place. To showcase the collection we invite you to a night of jungle rhythms, dancing and 'vine' company!
As you would expect from the Sub Rosa Crew, there will be incredible decor, lighting and music, two stages of entertainment including the new area outside the Crescent Lounge.
'Ruin' your sensibilities upon the gold selection of DJ we have in store. Frequencies from deep within the forest will include….
The Mayan Village Stage (7pm-3am):
- DJ Jazz. T stands for TUNE! And TECHNO!!! Revolutions of resounding yes to Jazzing it right up.
- Lee James, a man trapped in a paradox of first and last names but there’s no disputing his SSR family values. Brings the finest tracks.
- Naomi-K. The absolutely havin’ it house queen is back to festivalise your fundamentals. Havvviiiiiit.
- Ed No Bacon (Gathering By The Sea) a Sub Rosa Debut warm welcome to the captain of shimmy shanties and seaside slammers.
- Him & Her. A half and half that makes a whole lot of sense. Steve and Giovanna complete the main line-up with a Debut Duo B2B set.
Pizza Temple Stage (Summer salad session special - 2-7pm free, then 7-11pm):
Outside will feature the Pizza oven, grill and a selection of musical produce that just won’t fit in your average greengrocer scales:
Music Menu: Spicy Beatroot, Dan Radish, Curley Lettuce & Smoked Hickory *Contains nuts, various fine flavours and probably rum.
In true Sub Rosa high summer fashion there will be surprises, some cool new decor and…. ssshhh. Secrets!

Come early as OAT is on, we expect to be busy later. If your going to the OAT, we recommend buying your ticket online to avoid price hike.
