“Dinner and a Song” (
https://www.dinnerandasong.com/) is excited to announce a great show featuring the Chuck Jackson Trio, on Friday, November 28, 2025, at the Olde Stone Cottage Pub.
Chuck Jackson (
https://www.chuckjackson.com/) is a Canadian legend. For more than three decades he has been the lead singer with the Downchild Blues Band, appearing on ten albums and winning two Junos for Blues Album of the Year. He has also won two Maple Blues Awards and been awarded the Blues with a Feeling Award for his lifetime of achievements. Chuck is also an accomplished songwriter and an excellent harmonica player. Importantly, Chuck is also the Founder and Artistic Director of the annual Tim Hortons Southside Shuffle Blues and Jazz Festival, which celebrated it’s 27th Anniversary in 2025. The festival has become a major event on the North American festival circuit.
Chuck will be joined by fellow Downchild alumni, saxophonist Pat Carey and pianist Tyler Yarema, both outstanding musicians and multiple award-winners.
Dinner on November 28 will begin at 5:30 in the pub, with the show starting at 7:30 upstairs in the loft. Concert seating is on a first come, first served basis. After checking in with Dinner and a Song at the entrance, patrons can reserve their concert seats before sitting down to dinner.
TICKETS: $65 for a two-course dinner and show (the $40 dinner portion of this payment includes the tax and tip on the food); available only at www.dinnerandasong.com. A limited number of show-only tickets are available at $30 each.
