Join us this Monday, 30th June, at 10 am for our Meditation & Mindfulness session. 🧘‍♀️

This month we are focusing on Trust, while nurturing Self-Worth and Self-Confidence within ourselves. 🌞

Join us this Monday at 10am at Beeforth's Hive, South Cliff Gardens, Scarborough. 🌸

£5 - £10 (Pay what you can; cash preferred, card accepted).

No need to book; just turn up on the day.

These sessions will include relaxation meditations, guided meditations, mindfulness activities, sound healing, and much more over the following months.
