Meditation & Mindfulness Class

Join us this Monday, 28th July, at 10 am for our Meditation & Mindfulness session. 🧘‍♀️

This month we are looking at The Power of Focus and how this can influence our life experience. What we focus on, creates vibration within us and outside of us which influences our emotions and perspective of life. We have the power of choice to what we place our focus on. What do you find yourself focusing on during the day?🌞

Join us this Monday at 10am at Beeforth's Hive, South Cliff Gardens, Scarborough. 🌸

£5 - £10 (Pay what you can; cash preferred, card accepted).

No need to book; just turn up on the day.

These sessions will include relaxation meditations, guided meditations, mindfulness activities, sound healing, and much more over the following months.
