Low impact fitness for weight management, older adults and those at the beginning of their fitness journey.
If too easy or low level for you please see the following class LoveFit Doozy.
£6 for 1 class or £10 if attending both. No need to book a place, the floor is the limit of numbers!
On first visit to the centre please complete a Liability Release Form.
