Join Shannon K or Shannon W for some beginner level yoga flow! This is a 60 minute Beginner Yoga Flow Class and all levels are welcome!

What to bring: Yoga mat, water, towel

Payments must be made via cash (preferred) on the day of the class OR
Venmo to instructor.
