Begin your new year with intention, stillness, and deep nourishment. Join Trisha and Shannon for a soul-soothing New Year Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath designed to help you release what the past year left on your shoulders and create spaciousness for what’s next.
Trisha will guide you through calming restorative postures supported with blankets, bolsters, and pillows to melt tension and open your body gently. Shannon will lead you through a transformative sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soothing frequencies to reset your mind and nervous system.
This immersive experience will help you:
