ASI Spelmanslag at Spelmansstämman at Gammelgården

The ASI Spelmanslag, or ‘fiddler’s team’ plays traditional Swedish folk music. Founded in 1985 by Paul Dahlin, the group’s repertoire centers around Dalarna, but has grown to include new and old tunes from many parts of Sweden.

There are two performance times for the ASI Spelmanslag:
12:15-12:55 at the Barn State
2:00-2:15 at the Vendor Fair Stage

Please note: ASI Spelmanslag is part of Spelmansstämman at Gammelgården. From 10-4, there are music and dance performances; hands-on art activities; historical building tours of Gammelgården; food trucks and Swedish fika; artists and crafters vendor fair; and historical exhibits. This is a free event that is open to people of all ages.
