2 Hour Workshop
Milky, creamy, smooth and silky - there is nothing better than mozzarella, except, of course, homemade and hand pulled mozzarella!
Create, laugh, drink, eat, and learn!
Join us at Green Apron Kitchen NJ for a cheese making experience, where you'll learn all about the art of mozzarella!
We'll start the class with a mozzarella bar and brunch charcuterie sampling and mocktails where we will taste and talk about the different styles of mozzarella and dressings for them.
Then, we'll move into the kitchen where each student will have their own station with the classic tools of mozzarella making: a silver bowl, and a big wooden spoon.
We will start with curds and kits to make curd and then heat and pull our curds into delicious, creamy mozzarella. Students will take home about 2 lbs of mozzarella each!
Chefs age 12 and up are welcome!
Kids under 12 must be accompanied by paying adult due to use of hands on hot water.
