A Night In Naples: Italian Cooking Class

Join us for a culinary tour of Naples! We'll spend two hours crafting classic Italian cuisine typical of the Amalfi region.

Menu includes



Salsiccia e friarielli- In Naples, sausage and friarielli is as iconic a duo pasta and pomodoro. Here, we sautee sausage with delicious bitter greens that become transformed into something delicious when sauteéd with lard, garlic, and peperoncino,

Neopoltan pizza from scratch with homemade mozzarella and burrata

Delizia al Limone (Lemon Delight), a soft, dome-shaped sponge cake soaked in our house made limoncello and filled/coated with a lemon custard.
