WEEK 1- What is Stress and why does it matter?

You may not feel like you're STRESSED OUT all the time but if your human then at some time in your life your spirit, body and soul has definitely kept count of the stress build up.

The truth is, stress has been related to:

uncontrolled high blood pressure
uncontrolled diabetes
autoimmune diseases
slow recovery from infection
anxiety/depression
