After losing my mother to pancreatic cancer, I found myself drowning in sorrow—only to be met with another traumatic blow: a birth trauma with our son. Nightmares, relentless negative self-talk, and the overwhelming weight of PTSD symptoms became my reality. Within my mind, I encountered a formidable character who fought to maintain control at all costs.

This is the story of how I faced the darkness, unraveled the grip of trauma, and ultimately found a path to healing.

Through pain and resilience, I learned that survival isn’t just about enduring—it’s about reclaiming life.
