Imagine the world as we have created and known it is falling apart, and when we look around and breathe, we realise the Earth continues to be very much alive and under our feet. The Air is still here and we continue to breathe with the Sky above us. The Sun and the Rain are still here, Day continues to follow Night. Life goes on! In this Spirit you are invited to travel light and gather on this Beautiful Earth for a few days and let Nature and Spirit guide us, into the simplicity of Being......Totally…...Moment to Moment…...Alone and Together…...Alive and in Life.

This weekend camp offers a creative and safe space for deep personal exploration as a process of healing our wounds and opening into our creativity, as well as more loving responses to living our lives.

We will meet together in a circle as well as dancing the Five Rhythms. We will huddle together, speak from our hearts, cry to the winds, laugh, dance, sing, and cook; being together as simply as we can, as real as we can. Life will provide for our needs, not necessarily what we want, or even what we think we need! Life always provides!

There is a maximum of sixteen participants at each camp. I aim for a 50:50 balance of men and women.

All participants must be over the age of 18 years. If the camp is full, we will hold a waiting list as sometimes people have to withdraw for unexpected circumstances. We'll be camping and cooking communally around open fires on this beautiful four acre meadow near Saxmundham. This is a particularly beautiful part of the Suffolk countryside and is just 4 miles from Saxmundham railway station.

Facilities include – a large heated bell tent to meet and dance in, meadows to be and play in, shower, toilets, water taps and other structures.

Fees:

• Adults early bird (before 27th March) - £180

• Adults aged 22+ - £200

• Adults aged 18-21 £110

If you would prefer to pay by cash, or due to financial circumstances would like to pay in instalments please email and we will arrange this.

Time:

• Arrival: You are welcome to arrive from 12:00pm on Friday; time to set up your own tent and settle in. Please arrive in sufficient time to have completed setting up your tent before the evening meal which is scheduled for around 6pm. There will be an evening session after supper around 8:00pm.

• Departure: The final session finishes at 2pm, followed by a scratch lunch. We request all participants to depart by 4:30pm on Bank Holiday Monday.

Venue for the camp:

• Near Saxmundham– Suffolk.

• Exact location to be released to you once you have booked your place.

Food:

• Food is not provided. We all bring food to share, cook communally, and operate a cash kitty for any extras we might need from local shops during our stay together. We will arrange a communal cooking rota and arrange this ahead of time so people can plan what food to bring. Please let us know any special dietary requirements at time of booking.

Crew:

• If you would like to join the weekend as crew to help set up and take down the camp, I am offering a few places in exchange for a reduced fee of £100. You would need to arrive on Thursday midday, and stay until Monday midday (Tuesday for the May camp). If you are interested, please contact Tim directly on 07768 342328.

Cancellation policy:

• Please let us know as soon as possible if something comes up and you cannot attend this camp. We always endeavour to treat cancellations fairly and sympathetically.

• If you cancel within 8 weeks before the event no refund will be given.

• However if we are full and find a replacement for your place, we will refund the full amount you have paid, minus an administration fee of £30.

• If you leave the event before the end, there is no refund.

• We reserve the right to cancel the event (e.g. if there are not enough participants or in the case of illness of those organising the event, in which case we will refund to you all payments made to us by you)
