Touchdown Academy Summer Festival

On 16 AUGUST 2025, 1300 - 1600 at Party Bling. Touchdown Academy Inc, a nonprofit organization (TDA), will conduct a Summer Festival for the Savannah and local communities.

Info: Grants: There will be three grants given on the day of the event to include High School Senior Grants 1st, 2nd and 3rd place! These grants will be given to a chosen winner that has registered via the Touchdown Academy Website (See website at Sponsorships – Touchdown Academy). At the end of the event the three winners will be presented with their grants.

Giveaways: There will be giveaways including food gift cards, Dave and Busters gift cards and more. These gift cards will be given away based on raffles.

Info: School supplies will be given out during the event to include book bags, school paper, pencils, pens, and Touchdown Academy notebooks. This back-to-school drive

will be first come first served. We will accept donations of school supplies at two

locations:

1. Jack & Jill Barbershop: Ogeechee Road #201, Savannah, Ga 31405

2. Jack & Jill Hair Salon: 1 Johnston St. Ste 3, Savannah, Ga 31405

Info: Army Recruiters and Chatham County High School students will participate in this event for the opportunity of community service hours.

Info: Fun: A bounce house will be present at the event. For safety purposes, a limit will be held on how many people to be in the bounce house at one time. Furthermore, the game of Cornhole, big jenga, water ballon toss, sack race will be available to participate in along with other games.

Food: Grilled food will be available at the event.

Info: Advertisements of other businesses will be available to the event. This event is designed for networking and building a strong community. Entities such as Touchdown Academy Inc, Savannah Army Recruiters, and other organizations will be present to advertise for the betterment of our community.

Info: Towards the end of the event, Founder and CEO of Touchdown Academy will brief the audience on the importance of mental health. He will share his story of the creation of the non-profit organization presenting three grants to respective personnel.
