We’re thrilled to welcome KB to the Reborn community!

KB is a certified RYT200 yoga instructor, trauma-informed (PTSD), and also certified in Restorative Yoga. With years of experience and a calming presence, she brings deep knowledge and healing energy to every class. You may have seen her teaching at studios around town — and now she’s bringing her skills right here to CrossFit Reborn!
