Saturday SUNRISE Beach Yoga

Come watch the sunrise while flowing through an all level vinyasa on North Beach in Tybee Island with Shannon from Pooler Yoga.
Cost - $20 (cash/card)
Bring - blanket/towel to practice on, water, sunscreen/bug spray.
Meet - end of Taylor St. Entrance at North Beach behind Tybee Island Marine Science Center.
Expect - flowing movement with breath, the sounds of the ocean, more peace within, and tons of good vibes!
