Led by Sue Finkle, Gongscape is a deeply immersive sound healing experience rooted in ancient traditions.

The class begins with Sue’s renowned White Lights guided meditation—a full-body stillness practice that invites rest, release, and energetic alignment. From there, you'll drop into a powerful gong bath using a variety of carefully selected gongs, each with unique tones and healing vibrations.

This experience helps release tension, clear energetic blockages, and bring the nervous system into balance. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply need a space to recharge, Gongscape offers a calm and restorative reset.
