Flow and Grow

Join us for a special community class held inside Cast and Grey Botanical, located at 2411 Waters Avenue, Savannah, GA 31404. This is a collaboration between As You Are Yoga and Cast and Grey—a way to grow our yoga family while shining a light on an amazing small business in Savannah.

This one-hour, all-levels vinyasa class (beginners more than welcome!) will be held inside the plant shop—an intimate setting with just 6–8 spots, surrounded by greenery, good music, and friendly faces. Street parking is available.

This class is donation-based, and your support helps us keep creating community-centered offerings like this one. Donations can be made via cash or Venmo: @asyouaresavannah.

Be sure to bring your mat and water bottle.
