About the event

Swing del Sur presents "16 String Swing: Traveling throughout the 20th century via 16 strings"
Swing del Sur’s concept celebrates how music, drawing from a rich expanse of history, transcends the limitations of genre and time. We aim to craft an eclectic tapestry that defies conventional genre labels, blending diverse influences into a seamless whole. This fusion is refracted through our distinct interpretation of the traditional Gypsy guitar trio, utilizing 16 strings. Performers include Jeff Powell, Lead Guitar; Jeff Burg, Rhythm Guitar; Eric Dunn, Double Base.
