Come join us for a rejuvenating session of yoga and somatic processing at Savannah Counseling & Wellness, LLC. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and connect with your mind, body and community.

Donations are appreciated and will be collected on site via venmo OR cash.
Guided by Kendra Pickren CYT and Jacquie Reis LMSW weaving movement and therapy into a shared space for grounding, release, and support.
