Breathwork empowers you to integrate and transcend stories of trauma, anxiety, depression, pain, shame, and stress by healing on a deep subconscious and nervous system level.
Breathwork Groups may not be the right fit for you if...
1. You have a history of acute complex PTSD, panic attacks, and require a high level of 1:1 support
2. You've recently been hospitalized due to psychiatric disorders
3. You're prone to seizures
4. You have a sensory processing disorder(particularly to sound)
If you identify with any of the above, a private 1:1 healing session might be a better fit. Always consult your medical/mental health provider before practicing Breathwork.
