• Self Care 101 Workshop: Explore a new perspective on self care while learning holistic practices to reduce and manage stress, anxiety and depression to take with you and feel more connected.

• Vendor Market: Shop a curated selection of local artisans, wellness products, and African-inspired goods. Support Black-owned businesses and discover unique treasures to take home.

• Showcase: Be captivated by an evening of mesmerizing performances from local and guest artists. This showcase of African dance and live drumming will leave you inspired and moved!

• Community Health Providers & Resources: Empower your mind and body by connecting with local health professionals offering holistic health screenings, fitness tips, and wellness resources tailored to our community’s needs.
