We’re excited to invite you into a meaningful and inspiring summer at Asbury Memorial as we welcome a series of guest speakers who will lead us in worship, challenge our hearts, and lift our spirits.
Our Summer Preaching Series will feature an extraordinary lineup of voices from diverse backgrounds and traditions, each offering fresh insight, encouragement, and a call to deeper faith:
Rev. Jennifer Friedman - July 13th
Rabbi Robert Haas - July 20th
Rev. August Alderman - July 27th
Dr. Danielle Pilgrim - August 3rd
Chris Kincade - August 10th
J.J. Collins - August 17th
Each week brings a new opportunity to grow, reflect, and connect with the Spirit—and with one another.
This week we are thrilled to welcome Rev. Jennifer Friedman. Rev. Jennifer Friedman is an Orlando, Florida native with over 20 years of ministry experience spanning youth and young adult ministry, international missions, worship leadership, and chaplaincy in both hospital and hospice settings. She holds a bachelor’s degree in music from Stetson University and a Master of Divinity from Palmer Theological Seminary of Eastern University.
Rev. Friedman currently serves as a co-vice president of the Southeastern Region of the Federation of Christian Ministries and works full-time as an MS Navigator with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, supporting individuals and families navigating life with MS.
Her deep compassion, musical background, and wide-ranging ministry experience bring a rich, authentic voice to the pulpit. We are honored to welcome her to open our Summer Preaching Series this Sunday!
Be sure to join us every Sunday at 11:15am in the sanctuary or online as we journey through the summer together with open hearts and listening ears. Whether you're here every week or returning after some time away, we hope you’ll make this series a part of your summer.
Come as you are—and bring a friend!
