Aligned with the luminous energy of the July full moon, this immersive experience is an invitation to cleanse your aura, expand your electromagnetic field, and reconnect with your sacred feminine essence.
We’ll begin with an opening circle to ground and set intentions. Liya will guide a Kundalini Yoga “Crystal Aura Clarification” — designed to elevate your energy and attune you to the transformative lunar currents – and a Feminine Dance Ritual to awaken your inner goddess and unlock authentic, embodied expression.
In our mid-day break, enjoy time to integrate with nourishing tea, sauna, and a cold plunge reset.
In the second half of our day, we’ll wind down and ground our energy through meditative Kundalini Yoga practices and a heartfelt sisterhood circle.
