CLASS 1 : Yin and Restorative Yoga with Poetry with Anne-Marie & Sarah

Sink into stillness, soften your edges, and let words weave their way into your heart. This class combines the practices of yin & restorative yoga postures, to release tension, restore balance, calm the nervous system, and quiet the mind.
Between the silences, you’ll be guided with poetry: soulful, evocative pieces that invite reflection, presence, and connection. The rhythm of breath, the cadence of words, and the stillness of the body merge into a single, grounding experience.
CLASS 2: Yin Yoga with Healing Touch with Anne-Marie & Sarah

Join Yoga Instructor Sarah Fratesi and Reiki Master/Healing Touch Certified Practitioner Anne-Marie Caicco for a relaxing & healing experience. Sarah will lead you through various yin-style yoga poses, while Anne-Marie adds Healing Touch to your yoga experience. Yin Yoga supports the body in releasing tight connective tissues within. The goal of Healing Touch is to restore balance & harmony in the energy system, thereby promoting self-healing on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
CLASS 3: Restorative Yoga with Reiki - Studio Class with Anne-Marie & Sarah

Restorative Yoga is a style of yoga in which the participants lie down on their yoga mats in comfortable stillness the entire class. The gentle supportive poses change up about every 10 or 15 minutes. In our Restorative Yoga class, participants will receive Reiki while relaxing in Restorative Yoga Poses. Therefore, Restorative Yoga with Reiki is a class that combines two powerful healing modalities, yoga and Reiki, for a deeply relaxing and nourishing experience. *Beginner Friendly/Pre-Natal Friendly
