Yin+Meditation- All levels

Warm candlelit Yin Yoga + Meditation concentrates on finding stillness and directing the breath through sensation in the body. This class builds mental, physical, and emotional resilience.
No impact poses are held for longer periods of time helping to release mental and physical tension and bring more flexibility to the mind and body.
All Levels, no experience needed.
Classes may vary during holidays.
