Sault Ste. Marie, get ready—The Soo’s Got Talent is back for its sixth incredible show, re-invented in a bold and exciting new format! This year, the competition takes inspiration from The Voice, bringing blind auditions and an electrifying atmosphere to the stage.
This year, our winner will be crowned the very first SOO VOXX Champion!
Blind Auditions Take Center Stage!
Taking inspiration from the hit TV show, this competition will feature three nights of blind auditions at Soo Blaster (345 Queen Street East). Contestants will perform while judges face away from the stage, making their decisions solely on vocal talent before turning around to see the performer.

How to Enter
Think you’ve got what it takes? Applicants can register online at thesoosgottalent.org. Registration is $30 (non-refundable), and all ages are welcome to participate. The deadline to apply is Friday, August 22nd, 2025, so don’t miss your chance to hit the stage!
Important: Contestants must be available for competition nights on Friday, October 3rd, 17th, & 31st, and if they advance far enough, the grand finale on Friday, November 14th—where one exceptional singer will be crowned the first-ever SOO VOXX Champion!

The competition winner will take home a grand prize of $1,000, with cash prizes also awarded to second and third place winners! Beyond the cash rewards, contestants will have the chance to gain exposure, build confidence, and connect with fellow artists.
