Opening Reception: Chippewa County in Photographs

Covering almost 2,700 square miles, Chippewa County is one of Michigan’s largest counties. Its rich Indigenous and French colonial heritage and its natural beauty draw visitors from across the country and around the world. There are towns and farms and pristine forests, lakes and rivers and waterfalls. In this collaboration, 48 photographers explore 48 separate sections of Chippewa County with their chosen camera medium – film, digital camera, iPhone, or any other alternative process over 48 hours.

Open to the public Tuesday-Saturday from 11:00am-4:00pm
