Classes are 1 hour (please arrive 10 minutes early)
Classes are $30 (for ages 50 and under) $20 (50 and over)
No age or experience requirements
Spots are first come, first served
Wear what you’re comfortable in! You can dress up or down whatever makes you feel good
Please bring your boots or other footwear your comfortable moving in!
