A Matter of Balance

Wednesdays, Sept 3rd - Oct 22nd, 10:00am-12:00pm, In-Person@ Whitney Matter of Balance is a group workshop designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults. Participants set goals and make plans to manage their fear of falling that often limits their activities. Workshops are interactive and focus on peer support.
