Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

Join Darren and Jackie for a 90-minute mini-retreat for your busy life at Ivy Yoga House! Start off with a 60-minute guided Yin Yoga with Jackie to help you relax and release any tension in your body and mind. Followed by a 30-minute long shavasana with Darren's Sound Bath. Let the sound of crystal singing bowls and chimes transport you into a state of deep relaxation.

No experience is necessary.

Please bring a yoga mat and any other props such as pillows, blankets etc to make yourself comfortable during the sound bath
