Shari and Rae are excited to offer a reiki like no other. ROHE sets you on a path of healing, truth and the discovery of your true divine self.

We understand that not all wounds are visible—and healing shouldn’t retraumatize. ROHE approaches energy healing through a gentle, educated lens. We incorporate somatic principles and nervous system awareness to ensure that sessions are both safe and effective. Practitioners are guided in techniques that honor the body's innate wisdom and work with trauma, not around it.
2. It’s Elemental
This system doesn't just work with “energy” in a vague sense. ROHE integrates Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit as living forces. Whether it’s through intuitive elemental diagnosis, hands-on ritual healing, or symbolic attunement, we root each session in nature’s archetypes. You’ll feel the difference—this isn’t cookie-cutter Reiki.
3. It’s Science-Aligned
ROHE doesn’t ignore the mind in favor of the mystical. We bring in neuroscience, emotional alchemy, psycho-spiritual studies, and vibrational medicine. You'll find practices backed by both time-tested traditions and modern peer-reviewed research. (Yes, there's brain science behind what we do—and yes, it’s cool as hell.)

This isn’t a practice limited to those who “look” or “act” spiritual. ROHE is for the sensitive, the skeptical, the seekers, the burnt-out professionals, and the barefoot-in-the-woods mystics alike. We train our practitioners to be effective in the real world—fluid, fierce, and adaptable.

This is the 1st of 3 practitioner levels, with the option of taking a 4th Master/Teacher level.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Class supplies will be provided, but snacks and a water bottle are strongly encouraged. We pack a lot of energy into this class and you will need food and water to keep your focus up.
Level 1 focusses self practice, so you will receive your certificate at the end of class.
(Levels 2 and 3 will require practicum sessions, so your certificate will be presented once completed.)
Everyone learns at their own pace and so Shari and Rae want to remind you that all ROHE students have mentoring throughout their ROHE journey and beyond. We mentor how you need it understanding not everyone learns the same way.
