Lee Aaron is one of Canada’s most iconic vocalists, known for her fearless reinvention and trailblazing role in hard rock. She released her debut album at 19 and gained fame with 1984’s Metal Queen, an anthem of feminine empowerment. Aaron has worked with renowned producers and shared stages with legends like Heart, Bon Jovi, and Joan Jett. Her albums Bodyrock and Some Girls Do achieved multi-platinum status. Recognized as one of Canada’s top rock vocalists, she has also explored jazz, blues, and opera. In 2023, she was inducted into Canada’s Walk of Fame. Her latest album, Tattoo Me, pays homage to musical trailblazers with her signature rock ’n’ roll swagger.
