Be trained to support others in a small Group Defusing setting by
➡️Facilitating a Defusing
➡️Providing a safe environment to dialogue within the group about a recent Crisis Event
➡️Guiding participants of the Defusing toward understanding the exposure affects, including:
➡️Learning how a person exposed to a Crisis Event may respond cognitively, physically, behaviourally, and emotionally
➡️Learning helpful strategies to processing the potentially traumatic event
➡️Identify how to access support that frequently starts with personal supports and may require professional supports
